Jama Ball is Director of Product Delivery at CLEARED4.org.  CLEARED4 helps organizations around the world future-proof their businesses by providing automated solutions to manage the impact of current and future health & safety challenges. Prior to joining CLEARED4, she was the Director of the Federation Credentials Verification Services team at the Federation of State Medical Boards. Her team was charged with protecting the public by accurately verifying the medical credentials for physicians applying for licensure to various state medical boards. She has also worked with several large hospitality companies. Jama‘s extensive professional experience has included: consulting, hotel management, corporate team management/development, individual strengths-based coaching, operations leadership, project management, data integrity and quality control.  

In addition to being a returning Board member for Journey of Hope, Jama is active in the local community. She is the current President of the Young Men’s Service League (YMSL) Silver Star chapter. The mission of YMSL is to assist, serve, and support those who are in need in our community, develop leadership skills among the membership, and promote mother-son relationships.  She is a current member of the Women’s Auxiliary to the Children’s Medical Center of Plano.  Additionally, she is a past- president and Sustainer member of the Preston Bluebonnet chapter of the National Charity League, a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences for mothers and daughters.

Jama received her BA in Organizational Communication from California State University Sacramento.
