This is a one-hour webinar that serves as an introduction into supporting grieving children. Sometimes you don’t know exactly what to say and are fearful of saying or doing the “wrong thing.” In this training, you will learn strategies to increase your confidence in helping children and teens who are grieving.
It can be challenging to talk to children and teens about their grief journey and to bring up the topic of death…especially if the child is not receptive to the conversation. This one-hour webinar provides strategies to start the conversation with children and teens, the role of a companion, and tangible tips to engage children who are at different places in their journey.
